1. Introduction

Welcome to the C-Vision Viewer Panel (“C-Vision”), operated by CScreens Ltd
(“C-Screens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining C-Vision, you agree to these
Terms and Conditions, which govern your participation in our surveys and related
activities.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation in C-Vision is by invitation only.
2.2 Participation is open to named individuals aged 18 and over who are. residents of the UK. Excludes NI.
2.3 Employees of C-Screens and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Participation

3.1 By joining C-Vision, from time-to-time participants agree to share theirbopinions on content, advertising preferences, and other topics related to our network of out-of-home TV screens, including but not limited to Summer Liveboutdoor screens, Retail TV screens, and Powerleague sites across the UK.
3.2 Surveys will typically take only a few minutes to complete.
3.3 The first survey will be conducted in April 2025. Participants who complete survey submissions in full within 14 days of receipt and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall receive a free £10 Costa Coffee e-gift card within 14 days of submitting their survey response. The gift card will be subject to the terms and conditions at https://gifting.costa.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.
3.5 Participation is voluntary, and members can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Rewards and Incentives

4.1 Participants may receive rewards, special offers, and opportunities to win exclusive prizes in return for their feedback.
4.2 The nature and distribution of rewards will be determined solely by C-Screens and may be subject to change.
4.3 Rewards are limited to one per person, per survey, are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

5.1 C-Screens is committed to protecting participant data in compliance with GDPR and all relevant UK data protection laws.
5.2 All data collected will be securely stored, anonymised, and used solely for research and analytical purposes to enhance audience understanding and increase value to advertisers.
5.3 Survey responses may be used to identify trends, improve content and advertising strategies, and provide aggregated insights to advertisers.
5.4 Participants’ personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Opting Out

6.1 Participants can unsubscribe from C-Vision at any time by following the opt- out instructions provided in our communications and may forfeit any outstanding rewards.
6.2 Upon opting out, any personal data associated with the participant will be anonymised or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1 C-Screens reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to
avoid undue disappointment. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.

9. Jurisdiction

9.1 By joining C-Vision, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
9.3 The Promoter is CScreens Limited registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 08303558 with registered office at 69 Old Street, London, EC1V 9HX. Registered as a data controller at the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) registration number A8408363.
