Agency Sales Executive

About C-Screens

C-Screens was established in 2014 with the main aim to help agencies and advertisers extend their linear TV campaigns into live outdoor AV environments delivering premium content. C-Screens prides itself on working with a range of different events, sites, landowners, venues & rights holders to deliver a fantastic customer experience to their visitors, through sport, films and entertainment.

The Role

The role involves achieving revenue targets within established agency trading guidelines, handling inbound inquiries, and forwarding sales briefs to the team. You will identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships to expand our customer base, working closely with agencies to understand their objectives and key clients. This includes organizing and attending presentations, workshops, meetings, and events. Regular communication and accurate forecasting for assigned agencies are essential, as is a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape and how it compares to our offerings.

Duties

Key responsibilities include creating tailored sales pitches, overseeing campaign execution to standards and timelines, and delivering post-campaign analysis. Additionally, you’ll stay informed on industry trends by monitoring trade and national press, ensuring a thorough understanding of the market and agency needs. Building strong agency partnerships and upholding high standards of service are fundamental to success in this role.

  • Deliver revenue in accordance with set targets and agency trading parameters.
  • Field general telephone enquiries and pass on sales briefs and messages to wider team.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships to develop the customer base.
  • Organise and attend presentations, workshops, meetings and hospitality events with agencies.
  • Gain detailed understanding of agency objectives and key clients within their portfolio.
  • Provide accurate and regular communication/business updates and forecasts for your designated agencies.
  • Grow an understanding of the wider media market including the pro’s & con’s versus the C-Screens product offering.
  • Respond to general telephone enquiries and work with team on sales pitches and briefs.
  • Take responsibility for costing and preparation of bespoke sales pitches.
  • Accurately monitor campaigns and create post campaign analysis.
  • Ensure implementation to agreed standards and timeframes.
  • Foster good working relationship with relevant agency personnel.
  • Gain a good understanding and working knowledge of trading parameters and marketplace.
  • Monitor trade press, national press and online bulletins for sales ideas and industry information.
  • Assisting with the delivery of revenue within an agency group.

Education & Qualifications

  •  Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
