Head of Landowner Management

Do you have experience in working with landowners and rights holders? Have you worked in the events space? Do you understand what goes in to delivering events? Have you worked with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver commercial events? If so, this is very much the role for you!

About C-Screens

C-Screens was established in 2014 with the main aim to help agencies and advertisers extend their linear TV campaigns into live outdoor AV environments delivering premium content. C-Screens prides itself on working with a range of different events, sites, landowners, venues & rights holders to deliver a fantastic customer experience to their visitors, through sport, films and entertainment.

The Role

Due to an internal restructure, we now have a vacancy within the business to head up our Landowner Management (LOAM) team. You will oversee all day-to-day relationships with Landowners, site teams and rights holders as well as being an integral part in the delivery of our summer live pop-up events.

The role currently has two reports, Account Manager – Retail and Account Manager – Sport. However, there is ambition to grow the team further and the new Head of Landowner Management will be the lead in filling future roles.

The Tasks:

  • This is a head of department role and as such you will work alongside the senior management team in the delivery of all C-Screens events, commercial partnerships and activations.
  • This role is predominantly an office-based role reporting into the CCO, however there will be a need to be regularly meeting with Landowners, rights holders & site teams across the year, in particular London based clients.
  • You will lead and manage the LOAM team and help them to run their sectors
  • You will act as the internal knowledge hub for or all C-Screens channels and events.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Estate Director, creating knowledge hubs and being the internal point of contact for all other teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Tech.
  • You will also take the lead with the external communications around all event/activation delivery, supporting your Account Managers in project delivery.

Attributes:

  • Experience of managing a team working across different skill sets and job roles, and collaborating with them to achieve desired results
  • You will have experience in dealing with a variety of landowners, site teams, sporting rights holders & stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills needed to make sure all teams across the business understand each project & event.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, being able to adapt your communication and management style to the situation
  • Good written skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
  • Be innovative and creative, have the ability to work with your LOAM team in creating engaging brand opportunities across their sites & locations for the sales team to take to market or deliver on briefs.
  • Have a commercial mindset.
  • You will have experience of working in the events space
  • Understand the logistics that go into delivering projects across private and public realm.
  • Understand what paperwork and qualifications are needed to be allowed to build and run an event on private and public realm.
  • An understanding of health and safety matters
  • The ability to manage and multi-task across different types of projects and events
  • Experience of working with contractors.
  • Have an interest in sport, a knowledge of when major sporting events are happening and an idea of who broadcasts these major events.
  • Is calm under pressure and thinks laterally when facing challenges.
