Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The Summer Live free prize draw promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Cscreens Limited. The Promotion will run from 1 st June 2024 to 31 st August 2024 inclusive across the C-Screens Summer Live TVOOH network. The Summer Live TVOOH network comprises of large format screens located around the UK.

2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Promotion terms and conditions. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Promotion terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Details of the Promotion:

Free Prize draw web entry, will open at 00.01 Saturday 1 st June and close at 23:59 on Saturday 31 st August 2024. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.

4. The Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

5. For free entry into the prize draw, you must scan the QR code displayed on the Summer Live screen , submit a valid email address and accept the terms and conditions during the promotional period. Eligible participants will be invited to complete a short survey within the entry web page. Eligible participants that complete the survey will receive up to 4 additional free entries into the free prize draw by answering 4 survey questions and eligible participants will receive one additional entry for each question answered.

6. No purchase necessary. Internet access required.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person.

8. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

9. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates , consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

10. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

11. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries by means of a computer process that generates verifiably random results, within 7 days of the promotion close date.

12. The holiday prize winner will be contacted by one of our representatives via the email address provided on entry within 24 hours of winner selection. Proof of ID and age will be required for the main holiday prize winner. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. If such winner does not respond within 14 days from initially being contacted, rejects their prize or are ineligible, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner using the same methodology as above from all eligible entries and so on. Subsequent winners must respond to the winner notification email within 14 days of the date on which they are initially notified, or they will also forfeit the prize and the process will repeat for three months after which any remaining prizes are null and void. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter after valid prize claim and the completion of any verification process to arrange fulfilment of their prize.

13. One main prize winner will win a £5,000 Jet2holidays package holiday of their choice.The holiday will be arranged by Active International (‘Holiday Provider’). The winners’ personal data will be shared with the holiday provider and Jet2holidays as tour operator for the purpose of fulfilling their prize and managed under their respective privacy policies available here activeinternational.co.uk/privacy-policy and here jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy . The package holiday will be subject to Jet2holidays standard booking terms and conditions available here jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions . It is a requirement of accepting the prize that the winner must have suitable travel insurance cover in place for their holiday and anyone travelling under their booking.

14. It is the holiday prize winner’s, and anyone travelling under their booking, sole responsibility to arrange any necessary travel documentation required for their choice of destination including but not limited to valid passport and visas. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. The promoter will not be held responsible for the package holiday booked with the holiday provider and will be subject to the following:

15. Holiday Prize details
a. The package holiday is valid for use by a minimum of 2 adults 18+.
b. All adults travelling must be aged 18 years or older. Children are permitted to be travel but must be travelling with a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older.
c. The prize is redeemable for the winner’s choice of package holiday on the jet2holidays website up to a maximum value of £5000 at the time of booking. The holiday package will be as described on the Jet2holidays website and subject to the Jet2holidays terms and conditions here jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions. The package will typically include return flights, hotel accommodation and in-resort transfers but will vary according to the holiday package selected. Board basis will be the winner’s choice at the time of booking . The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated by the Promoter as being included as part of their holiday package prize.
d. Booking is subject to package availability, and blackout dates may apply.
e. Prize must be booked within 12 months of winner notification, however travel may be completed at a later date.
f. Winner will be given the email address for the holiday provider to make a booking after valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
g. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Jet2holidays.

h. Travel dates and destinations may be subject to certain restrictions and conditions.
i. The prize does not cover additional expenses, such as transportation to and from the departure point, meals, activities, and personal expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize.
j. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
k. The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual.
l. The holiday will be up to a maximum £5000 value. No change or credit will be payable to the winner for any unspent value. Should the winner wish to book a holiday of a greater value they may make additional payment to the holiday provider, at the holiday provider’s discretion and subject to availability.
m. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred by the recipient while using the prize or during the holiday package.
n. Recipients are advised to review the terms and conditions of Jet2holidays here jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions for additional terms and liability limitations.
o. Once booked, cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of the prize, as determined by Jet2holidays or the holiday provider.
p. Refunds for cancelled bookings are subject to the refund policies of Jet2holidays and the holiday provider.
q. By booking the packaged holiday prize, recipients and their guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

16. Secondary prizes.
a. 200 x £20 retail shopping vouchers are available to be won. Winers will be offered a choice of gift card from House of Fraser, Sports Direct and Pret A Manger.
b. Winners will receive a winner notification email to the entry email address provided within 48 hours of winner selection and invited to select their choice of retailer gift card. Winners are required to provide their choice of card by replying to the winner notification email within 28 days of receipt of notification email.
c. Gift Cards may be electronic or physical depending on winner’s choice of retailer and are subject to availability.
d. Expiry dates and individual retailer terms and conditions will apply to the retail vouchers as follows:

e. Secondary prizes will be delivered by email or post within 28 days of valid prize claim and the completion of any verification process.

17. There are 201 prizes in total available to be won.

18. In relation to the holiday prize winner, you understand that we may request to: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture if permission is granted.

19. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize descriptions are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the     winners.

20. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The prizes are neither sponsored nor endorsed by any third party.

21. No cash or alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part. We reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should this be necessary, at our absolute discretion in the event of circumstances outside of our control.

23. The Promoter will make available the holiday prize winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting prize@c-screens.tv . We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing prize@c-screens.com . The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

25. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

26. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion c-screens.tv/privacy-policy/ . If you are required to submit another person’s personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that you have their consent to provide us and our prize provider with their personal data.

27. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Data will be stored for 24 months after the close of the promotion before deletion, except for the winner of the holiday prize whose data will be deleted upon completion of the holiday. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to privacy@c-screens.tv . By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

28. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see C-Screens Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.

29. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

30. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

31. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

32. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

33. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

34. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

35. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

36. The Promoter is Cscreens Limited registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 08303558 with registered office at 69 Old Street, London, EC1V 9HX. Registered as a data controller at the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) registration number A8408363.
