This Promotion Schedule sets out the specific terms, prize details, entry methods, and timelines for the C-Screens Summer Live free prize draw (the “Promotion”). This document forms part of the Full Terms which also include the C-Screens General Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Master Terms”) available here <Master terms – C-Screens>.

The Promotion Schedule and the Master Terms (together, the “Full Terms”) form the complete agreement between CScreens Limited (“C-Screens,” ”Promoter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the entrant regarding this Promotion. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms set out in this Promotion Schedule shall take precedence. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Promotion Overview

 

1. The C-Screens Summer Live free prize draw promotion (‘Promotion’) will run from 1st June 2025 to 30th September 2025 inclusive across the C-Screens Summer Live TVOOH network (’Promotional Period’).

2. The free prize draw comprises of 1 x £5,000 Jet2holidays package holiday prize of the winner’s choice and 200 x £20 retail e-gift cards. 201 prizes are available to win in total.

1.3 Entry to the promotion is via C-Screens Summer Live TVOOH network, where available and comprising of screens located at the following Summer Live locations (‘sites’): Manchester 1st Street; Manchester Media City; Covent Garden; Television Centre; Hammersmith; Spitalfields; Kings Cross Network Rail; Atria Watford Shopping Centre; Gloucester Quays; The George Pub London; Central St Giles; Worcester Cathedral Square; Manchester Palazzo; Liverpool Waters; Centre MK; The Light Bar; and other Summer Live TVOOH network locations from time to time.

1. The Promotion is open to GB residents aged 18 or over and subject to these 

Promotion terms and conditions. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Promotion terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1.5 If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

 

2. Entry Mechanic

2.1 For free entry into the prize draw, you must scan the QR code displayed on the C-Screens Summer Live TV screen or printed on Summer Live on-site promotional materials, submit a valid email address and accept the terms and conditions during the Promotional Period.

2.2 Eligible participants will be invited to complete a short survey within the entry web page. Eligible participants that complete the survey will receive up to 4 additional free entries into the free prize draw by answering 4 survey questions. Eligible participants will receive one additional entry for each question answered.

2.4 Entry is restricted to one entry per person. Prizes are restricted to one per person.

2.5 Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

2.6 Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

 

3. Main Prize

3.1 One main prize winner will win a £5,000 Jet2holidays package holiday of their choice. 

3.2 The package holiday is valid for use by a minimum of 2 adults 18+. 

3.3 It is a requirement of accepting the prize that the winner must have suitable travel insurance cover in place for their holiday and anyone travelling under their booking. 

3.4 The package will typically include return economy flights from any UK airport that Jet2holidays fly from (see clause 4.1 for T&Cs), hotel accommodation and in-resort transfers but will vary according to the holiday package selected. Board basis will be the winner’s choice at the time of booking.  

3.5 The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated by the Promoter as being included as part of their holiday package prize. 

3.6 The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual. 

3.7 Prize must be booked within 12 months of winner notification, however travel may be completed at a later date.

3.8 The holiday will be arranged by Active International (‘Holiday Provider’). The winners’ personal data will be shared with the holiday provider and Jet2holidays as Tour Operator for the purpose of fulfilling their prize and managed under their respective privacy policies available here https://activeinternational.co.uk/privacy-policy and here https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy . 

 

4 Holiday Prize Terms

4.1 The prize is redeemable for the winner’s choice of package holiday on the jet2holidays website up to a maximum value of £5000 at the time of booking. The holiday package will be as described on the Jet2holidays website and subject to the Jet2holidays terms and conditions here https://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions

4.2 It is a requirement of accepting the prize that the winner must have suitable travel insurance cover in place for their holiday and anyone travelling under their booking. 

4.3 All adults travelling must be aged 18 years or older. Children are permitted to travel but must be travelling with a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. 

4.4 Return travel must commence and terminate in the UK. Booking is subject to package availability and blackout dates may apply.

4.5 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Jet2holidays.

4.6 Travel dates and destinations may be subject to certain restrictions and conditions.

4.7 The prize does not cover additional expenses, such as transportation to and from the departure point, meals, activities, and personal expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize.

4.8 The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.9 The holiday will be up to a maximum £5,000 value. No change or credit will be payable to the winner for any unspent value. Should the winner wish to book a holiday of a greater value they may make additional payment to the holiday provider, at the holiday provider’s discretion and subject to availability.  

4.10 The promoter will not be held responsible for the package holiday booked with the holiday provider and the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred by the recipient while using the prize or during the holiday package.

4.12 Once booked, cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of the prize, as determined by Jet2holidays or the holiday provider.

4.13 Refunds for cancelled bookings are subject to the refund policies of Jet2holidays and the holiday provider.

4.14 Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize descriptions are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winners. 

4.15 By booking the packaged holiday prize, recipients and their guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

4.16 It is the holiday prize winner’s, and anyone travelling under their booking, sole responsibility to arrange any necessary travel documentation required for their choice of destination including but not limited to valid passport and visas. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. 

4.17 In relation to the holiday prize winner, you understand that the promoter may request to: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and promoter may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture if permission is granted.

5. Secondary Prizes

5.1 200 x £20 retail e-gift cards are available to be won. 

5.2 Retail gift cards are digital (‘e-gift card’). Winners will be offered a choice of one gift card from either JD Sports, Boots or Nandos. 

5.3 Winners will be sent a winner notification email to the entry email address provided within 48 hours of winner selection and invited to claim their choice of retailer e-gift card. 5.4 Winners are required to provide their choice of card by following the winner claim instructions within 14 days of receipt of notification email. 

5.5 E-gift prizes will be fulfiled by email within 14 days of valid prize claim and the completion of any verification process.

5.6 The prizes are neither sponsored nor endorsed by any third party unless otherwise stated.

 

6. Secondary Prize Conditions

6.1 E-Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and are subject to individual retailer terms and conditions as follows:

7. Winner Selection

7.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period by means of a computer process that generates verifiably random results, within 7 days of the Promotional Period close date. 

7.2 The holiday prize winner will be contacted by a promoter representative via the email address provided on entry within 24 hours of winner selection. Proof of ID and date of birth will be required for the main holiday prize winner via return email within 14 days of initial notification. County of residence will also be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. If such winner does not respond within 14 days from initially being contacted, rejects their prize or are ineligible, they will forfeit their right to the prize and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner using the same methodology as above from all eligible entries and so on. Subsequent winners must respond to the winner notification email within 14 days of the date on which they are initially notified, or they will also forfeit the prize and the process will repeat for three months after which any remaining prizes are null and void. 

7.3 The main prize winner will be contacted by the Promoter after valid prize claim and the completion of any verification process to arrange fulfilment of their prize. 

7.4 Winners will be sent a winner notification email to the entry email address provided within 48 hours of winner selection and invited to select their choice of retailer gift card. 7.5 Winners are required to provide their choice of card by completing the winner claim instructions within 14 days of receipt of notification email. 

7.6 The main prize winner will be given contact details for the holiday provider to make a booking after valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
